BITC Responsible Business Tracker

The Business in the Community (BITC) Responsible Business Tracker is a vital tool for measuring the outcomes of our People and Planet Strategy. Aligned with the UN’s SDGs, it evaluates our performance against BITC’s Responsible Business Map. References to our 2023 submission scores (received in 2024) are included in the Annual Sustainability Report where applicable.

In 2023, we achieved 86% overall, surpassing the cohort average of 48%. Key strengths include governance, stakeholder engagement, digital transformation, and climate action, with notable progress in inclusion, improving from 47% to 64%.
